Job summary

Neste in Espoo seeks a Team Lead, Sales & Operations Execution to steer the Oli products supply chain and maximize refinery margin while ensuring supply security. You will lead the Operative Steering Desk, coach the team, and align weekly plans with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or commercial field with refinery knowledge.
• Proven track record in oil trading, supply chain planning, or refinery operations.
• Experience in cross-desk coordination and big-picture cross-functional thinking.
• Safety-first mindset and professional attitude.
• Fluent in English and Finnish (spoken and written).

• Lead accomplishment of business KPIs and targets.
• Provide daily leadership for the team, including HR responsibilities and coaching.
• Establish and harmonize core operational standards and routines (weekly planning, performance tracking).
• Develop systematic onboarding processes and knowledge exchange.
• Coordinate and streamline management of cross-departmental issues and incidents.
• Serve as the L3 process owner.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex cross-chain effects through extensive cross-desk expertise
• A safety-first mindset and a reliable, professional attitude
• Well spoken and written English and Finnish is mandatory
