Job summary

Worldwiders is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will attract, engage and hire across data centre development, construction, engineering and corporate functions.

You will partner with hiring managers to deliver a strong recruitment experience, build talent pipelines and run end-to-end processes in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role emphasises sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate engagement in a

Qualifications

Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search.
Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate development or data centres.
Exposure to international or multi-country recruitment.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of business functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
Source, assess and engage high-quality candidates through a range of channels.
Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer management and onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
