Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Google Workspace Security Specialist to support security, data protection and cloud security initiatives within a Google environment for Finnish clients.

This role requires strong experience with Google security, data protection, and IAM, plus ability to design and configure secure Google environments and document in Finnish or English.

You will ensure secure and compliant cloud environments and contribute to governance across Google Workspace and related cloud services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in aConsultant, Architect, Lead Specialist or Senior Expert role.
• 1+ year's experience working with Google security and data protection.
• Experience designing and configuring secure Google environments.
• Strong documentation skills in Finnish and/or English.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication skills.
• Eligible for Finnish Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Support Google Workspace security, data protection and cloud security initiatives.

• Produce clear documentation in Finnish and English for stakeholders.

Location: Finland (Remote within Finland)

Overview

We are looking for a Google Workspace Security Specialist to support security, data protection and cloud security initiatives within a Google environment.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Consultant, Architect, Lead Specialist or Senior Expert
• 1+ year's experience working with Google security and data protection
• Experience designing and configuring secure Google environments
• Strong documentation skills in Finnish and/or English
• Fluent Finnish and English communication skills
• Eligible for Finnish Security Clearance

Preferred Skills

• Google Cloud Security certifications
• CISSP or equivalent security certification
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT)
• Experience in Microsoft and Google hybrid environments
• Experience leading cloud security projects
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, CCM or C5

Additional Requirements

• Must work from within Finland
• Security clearance eligibility required

Role

You will be responsible for supporting Google Workspace security, data protection, cloud security architecture and governance, ensuring secure and compliant cloud environments for the client.
