Job summary

Google LLC in the Nordics is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer, Workspace, and GCP expert to help customers maximize productivity with Google Workspace and Cloud solutions. You will work with the Sales team as a Workspace SME, resolving complex technical challenges and advocating best practices.

You will engage with technical stakeholders, present solutions to executives, and collaborate with engineering to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with Big Data, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS technologies and related platforms.
Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as Workspace subject matter expert to help customers maximize Google Workspace and Google Cloud benefits.
Collaborate with Sales to address technical issues and drive customer outcomes.
Liaise with product marketing and engineering teams to stay aligned with industry trends and product enhancements.
Guide partners through migration and deployment processes to successful adoption.
