As our business and compliance landscape evolves , we’re seeking a dedicated Security Compliance Specialist to strengthen our governance and audit readiness. This role will play a key role in bridging strategy and operations across our entire organization .
What you will do
You will assume responsibility for maintaining and enhancing our security and compliance framework – ensuring that our systems, processes , and documentation align with leading standards and internal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, Katakri).
- Coordinate internal and external audits, certification renewals, and control testing.
- Manage risk registers, compliance documentation, corrective-action tracking, and evidence collection.
- Liaise between the strategic Head of Security and all operational teams to ensure governance aligns with execution.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of controls, cloud security, and process change.
- Contribute to security awareness, process improvement, and documentation best practices.
What we are looking for
Must-haves
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in compliance, documentation, and governance of security or risk management systems.
- Experience with or knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, Katakri (or equivalent certification frameworks).
- Strong documentation skills; ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable controls.
- Familiarity with IT/information security considerations and how they map to governance frameworks.
- Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is a bonus); excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Background in ITIL/change management/process improvement.
- Experience working in or with the IT/hosting/infrastructure sector.
- Project management or consultancy experience.
