Job summary

Google LLC in the Nordics is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer, Workspace, and GCP expert to help customers maximize productivity with Google Workspace and Cloud solutions. You will work with the Sales team as a Workspace SME, resolving complex technical challenges and advocating best practices.

You will engage with technical stakeholders, present solutions to executives, and collaborate with engineering to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with Big Data, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS technologies and related platforms.
• Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workspace subject matter expert to help customers maximize Google Workspace and Google Cloud benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales to address technical issues and drive customer outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience with one or more of the following: Big Data, Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) technologies, Application development on Web 2.0 development platform, solutions, related technologies (web services, XML/JSON etc), Infrastructure and DevOps, enterprise networking concepts (DNS, TCP, Firewalls, Load Balancing), virtualization, migration and configuration management.

• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with on-premise and cloud based mail delivery, routing and filtering technologies.
• Experience with cloud security including Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, OAuth, and 2-step verification.
• Familiarity with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS terminology.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €132000 - €135000 (EUR) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits
Finland: €126000 - €129000 (EUR) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits
Sweden: kr1260000 - kr1290000 (SEK) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits

Build partner specific, go-to-market solutions to reduce business-cycles and drive partner business as measured through pipeline and business growth.

Own the technical relationship with partners, empowering them to drive a pilot or proof-of-concept, support partners drive toward customer acceptance of the technical proposal, leading to an agreement, and work with partners during the migration phase to assure they have all the tools necessary to deliver a successful deployment.

Build trusted advisory relationships and make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
