Job summary

Cimcorp Oy in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a Support Engineer to deepen system knowledge in Java and Oracle while supporting global clients. You will learn under a senior mentor and participate in live production incident resolution, with a path to 24/7 on-call rotation.

You will work with warehouse management and MES integrations, diagnose faults by digging into Java code and Oracle databases, and collaborate with developers, support specialists, and field engineers.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related area.
Good practical or theoretical understanding of Java programming and ability to read, debug, and navigate code.
Good knowledge of Oracle database.
Open, curious mindset with proactive communication skills and a willingness to learn continuously.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Finnish.

Responsibilities

Digging into the systems codebase (Java) and databases (Oracle) to locate, isolate, and diagnose technical faults.
Troubleshooting and resolving incidents reported through the customer portal.
Collaborating closely with internal software developers, customer support specialists, and field engineers.
Participating in the team's 24/7 on-call support for the clients.
