Job summary

iLOQ in Finland is seeking a Supply Chain Capability Manager to join our global supply chain team in Oulu. You will drive readiness for new products from early phases through industrialization and volume production, coordinating with R&D, Manufacturing and Product Management to enable successful launches and scalable operations.

You will influence how products are developed and transferred to mass production, ensuring supply chain capability, quality and capacity align with business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, business, economics or related field.
• Multiple years in global supply chain operations; product development programs are a plus.
• Strong project management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and their impact on performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Secure adequate supply chain resources in collaboration with line managers.
• Contribute to cross-functional supply chain development initiatives.

We are now looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Capability Manager to join our Supply Chain organization in Oulu.

In this key cross-functional role, you will ensure that supply chain readiness is built into new products from the earliest Program phases through industrialization and successful volume production. You will work at the interface between Supply Chain, R&D programs, Manufacturing and Product Management driving supply chain activities that enable successful product launches and scalable operations in volume phase.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how new products are developed, industrialized and transferred into volume manufacturing while ensuring supply chain capability, quality and capacity are in place to support business growth.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in global supply chain operations. Experience in product development programs is considered an advantage
• Strong project management experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and their impact on supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
• Fluent written and spoken English.
