Job summary

HANZA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Oulainen, Finland to lead the factory's end-to-end supply chain and develop operations for the next growth phase. You will build and lead the supply chain holistically, coordinating materials, warehousing, logistics, procurement and quality to meet customer promises efficiently and with quality.

You will be a member of the factory management team, reporting to plant management, and work on-site to drive performance across production planning, supplier

Responsibilities

• overseeing the entire supply chain of the Oulainen factory and developing it
• leading customer service, production planning and procurement teams
• ensuring procurement, materials control, warehousing and logistics support factory goals
• developing supply chain operating models in collaboration with production, sales, finance and other key stakeholders
• ensuring reliable supply and management of material flows and stock levels
• developing supplier network with the cluster procurement head, strategic sourcing and monitoring of supply chain metrics
• participate in the factory leadership team and actively contribute to plant operations and competitiveness

HANZA strengthens the Oulainen factory organization and is now seeking a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER to be responsible for the factory's end-to-end supply chain and to develop operations for the next growth phase. In this new role you will build and lead the supply chain holistically, ensuring materials, warehousing, logistics, procurement and quality work in harmony to deliver customer promises efficiently and with quality. The role is central to the factory's operations, and you will be a member of the factory management team reporting to the plant management.
