Job summary

Signify Finland is seeking a marketing professional to support the digital strategy and localize campaigns for the Finnish market. You will help launch products, develop content, and craft insights to guide marketing and sales decisions.

In this fixed-term maternity cover, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Channel teams, organize events and webinars, and translate English materials into fluent Finnish, ensuring a natural local tone of voice.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Interest in AI, digital innovation and marketing technologies.
• Hands-on execution of multichannel digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing strategy for the assigned channels and the launch of new products, services and technologies.
• Support the localization and execution of the digital marketing strategy in the Finnish market.
• Contribute to customer insights, buyer personas and market intelligence for decision-making.
• Create marketing and sales content including newsletters, social posts and digital assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Channel teams to implement scalable data-driven activities.
• Manage partner launch activities including e-commerce and sell-in/sell-out initiatives.
• Coordinate local campaigns, content and marketing activations with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Organize customer events, webinars and other marketing activities.
• Prepare briefs for external agencies and support internal Nordic communications.
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve activities.
• Proofread and localize English content for Finnish market with accurate tone.

What you\’ll do

• Support the marketing strategy for the assigned channels and the launch of new products, services and technologies.

• Organize customer events, webinars and other marketing activities.
• Prepare briefs for external agencies and support internal communication across the Nordic organization.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve marketing activities.
• Proofread and localize English marketing content for the Finnish market, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a natural local tone of voice.

What You\’ll Need

• Strong interest in AI, digital innovation and emerging marketing technologies.
• Passion for data and the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of visual content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience working with digital/creative agencies is an advantage.
• Student or recent graduate with a Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.

Contract:

Fixed-term position for around one year (maternity leave cover)
