Job summary

Signify in Finland invites a motivated marketing graduate to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover of about one year. You will support the marketing strategy for assigned channels, localize digital campaigns for the Finnish market, and develop customer insights to inform decisions.

You’ll create newsletters and social posts, collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Partners, organize events, and analyze campaign results to drive impact.

• Proofread and localize English marketing content for the Finnish market.

What you'll do

• Support the marketing strategy for the assigned channels and the launch of new products, services and technologies.
• Support the localization and execution of the digital marketing strategy in the Finnish market.
• Contribute to the development of customer insights, buyer personas and market intelligence to support marketing and sales decision-making.
• Create marketing and sales communication, including newsletters, social media posts and other digital content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Channel/Account Management teams to implement effective, scalable and data-driven digital marketing activities.
• Manage partner-related launch activities, including e-commerce, and support initiatives driving sell-in and sell-out.
• Create and coordinate local campaigns, content and marketing activations, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Organize customer events, webinars and other marketing activities.
• Prepare briefs for external agencies and support internal communication across the Nordic organization.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve marketing activities.
• Proofread and localize English marketing content for the Finnish market, ensuring accuracy, consistency and a natural local tone of voice.

What you'll need

• Strong interest in AI, digital innovation and emerging marketing technologies.
• Passion for data and the ability to turn insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Hands-on execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of visual content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Experience working with digital/creative agencies is an advantage.
• Student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.

Contract: Fixed-term position for around one year (maternity leave cover)
