Job summary

g2 Recruitment seeks an experienced Structural Designer to deliver design and modelling for bridge and infrastructure projects in a hybrid Finland-based role. You will prepare drawings, calculations, BIM models, and technical documentation while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

The role requires proven structural design experience and familiarity with Tekla Structures, Revit or AutoCAD, plus strong communication to support project delivery and multidisciplinary reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Structural Designer in bridge/infrastructure projects.
• Experience producing drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Fluent English; Finnish language skills a plus.

The Role

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Structural Designer within bridge, infrastructure, civil, or transportation projects.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and engineering standards.
• Experience with BIM and structural design software such as Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.
• Experience producing structural drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Fluent English is required; Finnish language skills would be advantageous.
