Sweco Finland Oy in Vaasa is seeking a Project Manager for Structural Design with a strong track record in concrete structures and leadership. You will lead design activities through all project phases, coordinate a design team, and stay hands-on with design work.
The role requires 8+ years in structural design, a construction-oriented degree (MSc Tech/BSc Arch/Engineer), and Finnish fluency. You will work locally in Vaasa with Sweco's support for growth and development.

We are seeking a Project Manager for Structural Design for our Vaasa team to handle diverse design projects.
As a Project Manager for Structural Design, you will lead structural design from the beginning to the end of projects. You will be responsible for the overall design, guide the design group, manage schedules and resources, and maintain active contact with the client and other stakeholders. You will also participate in the design work yourself, ensuring that solutions are technically high-quality and feasible.
