Job summary

Insinööritoimisto Leo Maaskola Oy in Helsinki is seeking an experienced structural designer to join our team. You bring a MSc or BEng and years of structural design experience, with the ability to manage projects from concept to implementation.

You will work on diverse renovation and new-build projects, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with customers. Strong CAD skills in AutoCAD and Revit are valued, and Finnish language skills are a plus.

Requirements

• Suitable technical education (e.g., DI or AMK engineer)
• Several years of experience in structural design for demanding projects
• Willingness to work on diverse renovation and new-build projects
• Good project work skills (teamwork, scheduling, information sharing)
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Autodesk Revit knowledge (an advantage)
• Ability to manage the full design process from concept to implementation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and spoken Finnish (good English is an advantage)
• Positive attitude
• Teamwork and pride in one's own work
• Solid structural design knowledge
