Qualifications

• Excellent communication of findings to senior management and Board-level audiences.
• Master’s degree in finance, industrial engineering and management, strategy or economics.
• 1–2 years of relevant strategy/analysis experience (consulting, IB, or similar).

• Turn complex analyses into clear recommendations and concise presentations.
• Support strategic projects across Sampo Group and its businesses including If and Hastings.
• Conduct market and competitor research and financial/valuation analyses.
