Specim, a leading hyperspectral imaging solutions provider, is expanding its Sourcing team in Oulu. The Purchasing Manager will organize and implement sourcing operations aligned with company strategy and drive supplier relations to ensure cost, quality, and lead time targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant degree in technology, engineering or business administration.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational sourcing activities.
• Define and implement policies for sourcing and supplier cooperation.
• Oversee purchasing activities and supplier performance.
• Maintain supplier database and report purchases.
• Evaluate risks related to purchases and mitigate impact.
• Ensure quality of purchased components and materials.
