Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end production and flow initiatives at its state-of-the-art campus. You will form and steer cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Fluent Finnish and English are required; a Master or Bachelor in a science field is

• Several years of experience in project management.
• Master or Bachelor level in an appropriate science field.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and flow projects to boost growth, capacity, and efficiency.
• Define scalable production/flow solutions, including shop floor space planning and layout changes.
• Own project financials: budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, tracking.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external service providers.
• Oversee execution of modifications and installations, managing multiple projects.
• Deliver complex facility projects on time, within scope and budget.
