Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a production supervisor in Finland to lead a dedicated production team. You will be responsible for achieving safety, quality, on-time delivery and productivity targets, while monitoring daily deliveries and production metrics and driving corrective actions as needed.

You will conduct daily and monthly department meetings, ensure resources and expertise, and develop the department using Lean tools.

Qualifications

• Applicable technical education, Bachelor or Master Sc., Eng or equivalent.
• Industrial Manufacturing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily work of your production team and meet safety, quality, on-time and productivity goals.
• Monitor delivery and production metrics daily; take corrective and preventive actions.
• Run daily and monthly department meetings; ensure resources and expertise availability.
• Develop your department using Lean tools; drive continuous improvement and 5S; participate in Kaizen events as a representative.
