• Several years of experience in manufacturing operations inside electronics production.
• Strong experience in production planning, resource management, and execution.
• Proven leadership of production teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations with planning, balancing, capacity utilisation and on-time delivery.
• Manage scheduling, daily management activities and escalations.
• Ensure cleanroom facilities, equipment availability and workplace optimisation.
• Drive 6S, Lean, Value Stream Mapping and waste reduction.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Management.
• Contribute to cost estimates, capacity assessments and ERP/process improvement.
• Develop and coach production team, align with company values.
