Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end production and flow initiatives at its state-of-the-art campus. You will form and steer cross-functional teams, translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Fluent Finnish and English are required; a Master or Bachelor in a science field is

• Coordinate between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external service providers.
• Oversee execution of modifications and installations, managing multiple projects.
• Deliver complex facility projects on time, within scope and budget.

Overview

Eaton has opened a modern, state-of-the-art campus in Vantaa, Finland, dedicated to its critical power systems business. The campus brings together all business functions under one roof, including RDE, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service, and product marketing. Over the past two years, Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions headquarters and Center of excellence for data centers in Vantaa facility have expanded significantly, welcoming +150 new employees — and we’re continuing to grow. Responsibilities

• Leads and manages end-to-end production and flow project to support business growth, production capacity increasement, and operational efficiency. Establishes and directs cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Defines and translates business needs into scalable production and flow solutions, including shop floor space planning, layout design and changes, and provide needed information for potential facility expansion. Ensures optimal space utilization through continuous improvement, efficient use of existing facilities, and acquisition of additional space when required.
• Owns project financials, including budgeting, cost estimation, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and tracking. Prepares project plans, milestones, and approvals while ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
• Acts as the key interface between internal stakeholders, construction partners, and external service providers, coordinating technical requirements, EHS standards, and architectural planning. Drives decision-making and ensures alignment across all parties.
• Oversees execution, including production and flow modifications, equipment installation, and process adjustments. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Recognized for structured project leadership, strong coordination in matrix environments, and the ability to deliver complex facility projects successfully within scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management. Preferably in manufacturing or project management.
• Master or Bachelor level in an appropriate science field.
