Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Finland seeks a Product Manager for Nurse Call Global Offering to own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of a portfolio of hardware, software and services. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, development and external partners to ensure products meet market needs and drive growth.

The role is based in Oulu with a flexible hybrid model and remote options within Finland; English fluency is required and Finnish is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
Experience in product development and product management across hardware, software and services.
Fluent in English; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Define strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for hardware and software products, solutions, and services.
Identify new business opportunities and transform customer needs into successful market offerings.
Lead product prioritization and decision-making to maximize business value and market impact.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and external partners to support commercialization and product growth.
Own product performance, profitability, regulatory compliance, and information security throughout the lifecycle.
