Qualifications

• Advanced financial analysis and modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional project delivery across transaction and integration activities.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, finance, tax, HR, and external stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and valuation analyses for targets.
• Support deal execution with materials, analyses and recommendations for leadership.
• Contribute to negotiations and documentation processes across deals.
• Assist in integration planning and monitoring value creation post‑acquisition.
