Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in transaction execution and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition and joint venture transactions.
• Coordinate internal and external workstreams across the transaction lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, risks, and governance during deals.
• Support due diligence and negotiation processes.
