Job summary

Zalaris is hiring a Strategic Key Account Manager based in Finland, preferably Greater Helsinki. You will own critical customer relationships, guide HR leaders, and drive renewals, upsells, and expansions in the Finnish market.

The role requires SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll knowledge, along with Workday and Oracle familiarity. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure superior customer experience and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Key Account Management within HR & Payroll outsourcing or BPO in global environments.
• Strong upselling, renewals, and business development capabilities.
• Ability to engage with CHRO-level executives and guide HR leaders across Finland.

Responsibilities

• Owning key customer relationships, contracts, P&Ls, and strategic account plans.
• Drive renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion; lead governance meetings.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and manage the commercial pipeline.
