Job summary

Zalaris in Finland is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for our customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and lasting client satisfaction.

You will coordinate payroll service delivery across local, nearshore, and offshore centres, develop a deep understanding of customers' payroll processes, manage service budgets, support system changes and testing, and drive continuous improvements in an international,

Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll or HR services environments.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HR systems like SAP/Workday.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Finnish and strong English communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate payroll service delivery across centers.
• Understand customer payroll processes and needs.
• Ensure SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage service financials and budgets.
