Telia Finland is seeking a Head of People & Culture to lead the P&C function, shaping culture, leadership, and capabilities for the future of work.

You will partner with the Finnish leadership team to drive talent development, organizational change, and data-driven HR, leveraging AI and new capabilities to strengthen Telia’s people agenda. Based in Helsinki, this role requires strong business acumen and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership experience as Head of HR/CHRO or in a similar role in a large international organization.
• Strong business acumen linking workforce decisions to strategy and outcomes.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Future-focused, data-driven mindset with interest in AI, digitalization and skills transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead Telia Finland’s P&C function, translating business priorities into initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership on business priorities and workforce planning.
