Job summary

Qt Group Oyj in Espoo, Finland, seeks a Senior Investor Relations Lead to own the equity story and manage market communications. You will partner with the CFO and leadership to shape investor engagement, roadshows, and disclosures, ensuring a strong market narrative and credibility across capital markets.

You will lead interactions with institutional investors and analysts, drive quarterly reporting, and translate feedback into strategic insights for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets at a listed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Qt’s investor relations program, including investor targeting, engagement strategy, and market communication calendar
• Shape and refine Qt’s equity story, linking strategy, financial performance, and valuation drivers into a clear market narrative
• Lead all investor interactions, including roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts
• Advise the CFO and leadership team on investor sentiment, consensus expectations, and market positioning
• Drive preparation of quarterly reporting, Annual Report, capital markets events, and key disclosures
• Translate investor and analyst feedback into actionable insights for the management team and Board
