Job summary

Reaktor in Helsinki is seeking a Head of Communications and Investor Relations to lead the global communications and investor relations for the group. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance and the global marketing team to support brand awareness and market positioning with your communications expertise and market understanding.

You will develop the overall communications strategy, manage investor relations for a listed company, and ensure MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki disclosure obligations are met

Qualifications

• Proven track record in communications, preferably in professional services and/or technology.
• Experience in investor relations from a publicly listed company.
• Knowledge or ability to learn MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki rules.
• Proactive, self-starter approach.
• Strong understanding of modern communications and investor relations playbook and use of AI.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative communications strategies aligned with business goals.
• Structured planning and ROI‑driven budgeting.
• Fluent Finnish and English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and develop the overall communications strategy including media, PR, executive communications and investor relations.
• Plan and execute key messaging, the investor story, and thought leadership with focus on technology, AI and European defence.
• Build and lead Reaktor’s investor relations as a newly listed company, ensuring MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki disclosure obligations are met in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Prepare for and execute crisis and incident communications.
• Write, ghostwrite and edit content, using AI only to enhance high-quality copywriting.
• Collaborate with internal communications and manage agency relationships.
