Job summary

Finnair Plc is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the IR Director in preparing financial communications, including earnings releases, annual reports, stock exchange releases, and investor presentations. You will coordinate conference calls and investor meetings, respond to analysts and shareholder inquiries, and help ensure a clear understanding of Finnair’s performance and strategy.

The role requires 3+ years of IR experience, a relevant degree, and fluent Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a listed company.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of the financial markets and regulations for exchange listed companies.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess financial statements and related data.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day IR tasks.
• Drafting interim and annual reports.
• Drafting process of regulated releases (stock exchange releases and investor news) according to market regulations.
• Interaction with private investors.
• Acting as a contact point with institutional investors and analysts.
