Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join in Espoo, Finland or Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid work model. You will act as the financial brain behind major investments, shaping capital allocation and strategic planning in collaboration with senior leaders.

You will own board reporting, develop rigorous business cases, and lead long-range forecasting. You’ll transform FP&A processes, partner with executives, and drive data-driven insights that impact performance and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of FP&A, consulting, or investment-facing roles.
• Proven track record of presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
• Demonstrated experience designing finance processes and implementing AI.
• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred, or equivalent by experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to board and investor materials with a clear financial narrative.
• Lead rigorous business cases for major investment decisions and tech platforms.
• Own long-range financial planning and multi-year models with executive input.
• Redesign budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to shorten cycle times and improve insights.
• Lead cross-functional finance projects and drive standards and governance.
