ICEYE is seeking a Senior Talent Attraction Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for Data and Corporate Services. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, applying market insight to attract top talent across IT, Security, Finance, People, Legal, Marketing and more.

This is a hybrid role based in Espoo, Finland, with three days on-site each week. You will drive process excellence, design structured interviews, and deliver impact hires that enable ICEYE to scale while

As a Senior Talent Attraction Partner, you'll be the engine behind hiring for ICEYE's Data and Corporate Services, owning full-cycle recruitment across IT, Security, Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Data, Sales and other corporate functions. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, using sharp market insight to identify and secure the talent that drives ICEYE's growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Deliver impact hires: Manage ~8-10 concurrent roles across Data and Corporate Services, achieving quality & efficiency metrics.
• Source and engage niche talent: Build data-informed sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill and senior roles across IT, Security, Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Data, Sales and other corporate functions.
• Recruit globally: Hire across all ICEYE entities and beyond, navigating different local markets, employment practices and candidate expectations.
• Partner with hiring teams: Act as a trusted consultant and process owner, guiding managers through structured, fair, and evidence-based hiring decisions.
• Drive process excellence: Uphold rigor and consistency in ATS workflows, ensuring compliance and a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Enhance TA capability: Share best practices, insights, and market data to help strengthen recruiting acumen across the broader team.

• Full-cycle Talent Acquisition Expertise: Manages the entire recruitment lifecycle independently across corporate functions such as IT, Security, Finance, Sales.
• Creative Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Designs and executes data-informed sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Assessment Design & Bias Mitigation: Builds structured, evidence-based interview processes that ensure fairness and predictive validity.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, balancing business needs with talent quality and process integrity.
• Operational Rigor & Prioritization: Manages multiple parallel searches efficiently, maintaining process consistency, compliance, and a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Adaptability & Judgement Under Pace: Maintains clarity, composure, and sound decision-making in a high-growth, fast-moving environment, adapting priorities without compromising quality or alignment to business goals.

Nice to haves

• Experience recruiting for defence, space, deep-tech, or other mission-driven industries.
• Familiarity with market intelligence tools and the ability to translate data into sourcing strategy.
• Prior experience in a high-growth scale-up or international environment.
