Metsä Spring is seeking an experienced Development Manager, Muoto™, located in Espoo (Finland) with flexibility for other locations. You will shape and deploy core business capabilities across supply chain and IT, driving the transition from piloting to industrial-scale commercialization.

The role combines operational and development ownership, leading teams, and collaborating with Metsä IT and external vendors to ensure growth and a successful 2028 launch.

Formación

• Master’s degree with business capability development experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in capacity development and deployment.
• Experience in food / packaging value chain is an advantage.
• IT solutions in industrial environments (ERP/SAP, MES, SCADA, CRM).
• Data-driven delivery management experience.
• Experience using AI in implementation projects.
• Experience in international outbound supply chain.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Muoto Supply Chain operations and development.
• Take ownership of Muoto IT operations and development.
• Lead design, build, and deployment of business capabilities for the commercial phase.
• Oversee ERP and CRM projects including scope, quality, budget, schedule and risks.
• Collaborate with Muoto team, Metsä IT, implementation consultants and vendors.
• Build and lead high-performing development teams to support the scale-up for the 2028 production launch.
