Job summary

Metsä Group is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to strengthen Metsä Board’s internal and external communications and support strategy execution and business transformation. Based in Espoo, you will plan and deliver strategy, leadership and change communications, while developing internal communications and employee engagement.

You will also manage media relations, press releases and digital content, contribute to crisis communication preparedness, and collaborate with management,

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant master’s degree and several years of experience in international corporate communications, change communications and strategic communications.
• Experience developing corporate communications and turning strategy into audience-focused content and engagement.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to management and to lead multiple communications workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver strategy, leadership and change communications.
