Qualifications

• Experience in controlling, financial analysis, reporting in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and collaborative with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analyses and insights to support operational decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare KPI reports and reporting tools to improve transparency.
