Job summary

Sartorius, a growing life science company listed on major indices, seeks a Finance Controller to provide analyses, support planning and reporting, and collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain and Product Management. You will translate data into actionable insights and help drive financial performance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field is required
Experience in controlling, financial analysis, and reporting in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
Experience in an international business environment is advantageous
Fluency in Finnish and English is required

Responsibilities

Provide financial analyses and insights to support operational decision-making
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results
Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities
Monitor performance, identify variances and trends, and advise on improvements
Prepare performance reports, KPIs and reporting tools for transparency
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management and others to improve reporting quality
Contribute to process improvements and implementation of global systems
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data
Translate data into insights and present findings to stakeholders
