Job summary

NesteEspoo seeks a Business Controller for a fixed-term, one-year position in the Financial Planning & Analysis group. You will drive monthly reporting and forecasting, support planning processes, and help implement driver-based forecasting and related systems with cross-functional teams.

You will deliver insightful financial analysis, ensure data integrity, and contribute to automated reporting while collaborating with Oil Products Finance and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master of Science (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Management Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with EPM implementation projects and driver-based forecasting.
• Experience with financial modeling and data-driven decision support.
• Strong proficiency with SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion or Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly reporting, rolling forecasting, and annual planning by delivering insightful analysis of business drivers and performance.
• Take active ownership of key workstreams in Reporting Renewal and Driver-Based Financial Forecasting implementation projects.
• Ensure data integrity, high quality, and timeliness across your areas of responsibility.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, challenge current ways of working, and propose automated, scalable solutions for reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with business finance colleagues, project teams, and business stakeholders.
