Job summary

Enersense International is seeking a Business Controller to join our Power business in Tampere, Seinäjoki, Helsinki or hybrid from a nearby office. You will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, partnering with business and project managers to turn financial information into insights that drive decision making.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in (business) controller tasks; construction-related experience is a bonus.
• PowerBI and IBM Planning Analytics experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and forecasting: prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, cash and balance sheet forecasts.
• Reporting and performance analysis: produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports of your business lines, analyze financial results and KPIs to support decision making.
• Business partner: collaborate closely with business line management and project/unit managers and ensure alignment with strategic goals, support project managers.

Join us in building a sustainable society powered by clean energy and reliable connections! We are now looking for a Business Controller in Tampere, Seinäjoki, Helsinki or flexibly near one of our many offices in a hybrid capacity.

Are you an analytical and proactive finance professional who enjoys working close to the business? You will support our Power business with financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. You will partner with the business and project managers, turning financial information into insights that support decision‑making and business performance.

Tasks and responsibilities:
