HTH Finland’s Turku store is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales while delivering premium customer journeys. You will coach and inspire a team of Kitchen Specialists, manage schedules, and ensure profitable store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales targets.
• Onboard new employees with the training team.
• Conduct regular team meetings and maintain a high-performing sales culture.
• Support employees in customer situations and manage projects from start to finish.
• Contribute to recruitment, development, and daily people management.
• Take ownership of store sales targets and conversion rates.
• Lead by example in B2C and B2B sales.
• Ensure a structured and profitable sales process across projects.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Manage daily store operations and planning.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate shifts fairly.
• Monitor working hours and leave balances.
• Maintain store inventory and assortment.
• Support administrative processes, including invoice reviews and installation follow-up.
• Manage local social media activities and brand visibility.
