Suomen Asiakastieto Oy (Part of Enento Group) in Helsinki seeks a Software Development Manager to lead and develop a team of engineers across modern and legacy systems. You will drive data-driven product development within a landscape of critical legacy platforms.
You will balance innovation with technical debt, ensure data quality, security and regulatory compliance, and promote modern engineering practices including CI/CD, cloud, APIs, and microservices.

As Software Development Manager Finland you will lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers working across modern and legacy systems, building a high-performing engineering culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You will drive the maintenance and development of our data-driven products which enable better decision-making for businesses and consumers, while evolving a landscape that includes business-critical legacy platforms.
You balance innovation, technical debt, and operational stability while safeguarding data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
This role combines people leadership, delivery responsibility and technology modernization in a highly data-centric environment.
You report to Head of IT Development and are a part of the leadership team within the development organization.
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of leadership experience, technical understanding, and the ability to drive modern software development practices.
