Are you an experienced Software Developer eager to work primarily on a long‑term project? We'd like to get to know you!

We are building a modern internal HR platform for a multinational restaurant business. The system enhances everyday work, employee experience, and people management across various operational environments — from daily restaurant operations to HR and management functions. The system will be used by thousands of employees across several European countries for years to come.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll work across both front‑end and back‑end systems, and their various integrations. You are a key part of an agile team with deep expertise in modern technologies. The project has various features that demand continuous learning and creative problem‑solving.

We hope you recognise yourself in the following

• Experience with back‑end technologies, preferably Node.js and Postgres. Our most common APIs are REST and GraphQL.
• Experience with front‑end technologies, preferably React and TypeScript.
• Independent, proactive and solution‑oriented, with the ability to justify and clearly document your choices.
• A team player who enjoys a fast‑paced work environment.
• A clear understanding of various programming paradigms and their trade‑offs.
• Determination to polish services by iterating with the team and the client.
• A habit of keeping your skills sharp with new tools and methods, including modern AI tools.
• Fluent Finnish and English.

You can work from either our Turku or Helsinki offices, with flexibility for remote work as part of your regular routine. However, this position requires frequent presence in Turku.

The monthly salary is flexible, but we anticipate it falling within 4000 - 7000 € for the right candidate.
