You will drive the maintenance and development of data-driven products, balancing innovation with technical debt and regulatory compliance while evolving a landscape of critical legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Software Development Manager or similar role.
• Technical background in software development with agile practices.
• Experience promoting CI/CD, cloud, APIs and microservices.
• Data-centric and regulated environments experience valued.
• Interest in how AI can enhance software development.
• Experience with budget responsibility and roadmap planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of software engineers across modern and legacy systems.
• Drive maintenance and development of data-driven products enabling better decision-making.
• Balance innovation, technical debt and operational stability while safeguarding data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and connect priorities across Nordic markets.
• Report to Head of IT Development as part of the leadership team.
