Job summary

Securitas Events Oy is seeking a site supervisor for our client in Helsinki. The role involves coordinating with site management and staff, ensuring representativeness and functionality of spaces, and performing repair tasks with tools. Emphasis on customer service and teamwork as part of a service team.

Working hours are on weekdays from 7.30 to 16.00. The position follows the 4th level salary under the Guarding Industry collective agreement (2263€/month), with a commitment bonus of 500€ after

Job description

Securitas is Finland's leading security services company. We provide versatile, high-quality, and individual security services for companies, communities, the public sector, and consumers.

We are now looking for a site supervisor for our client company in Helsinki. In the position, you will work in cooperation with the site management, staff, and partners. Additionally, you will take care of the representativeness and functionality of the various spaces of the property. The job includes repair tasks with tools. In this position, you will work in the versatile tasks of our educational institution client. The position emphasizes customer service and guidance skills as well as teamwork skills, as the work is done as part of a service team. The site supervisor's task supports the smoothness and core operation of the site's everyday life, e.g., by securing the staff's work, performing access control and surveillance rounds in the property, and monitoring camera surveillance systems.

Working hours are weekdays from 7.30 to 16.00.

The tasks are paid according to the 4th level salary of the Guarding Industry collective agreement (2263€/month). The employment relationship is valid until further notice. We pay new employees a commitment bonus of 500€ after an employment relationship that has lasted eight months.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone for the position who has a positive attitude and handles customer service situations professionally.
• The position emphasizes good interaction skills and organizational ability.
• You are flexible and feel comfortable as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• You need basic IT skills and fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Tools (e.g., a drill) will be used in the job, so proficiency in them is considered an advantage.
• The job requires a valid guard card.

Additional information

• If necessary, we are happy to offer you the required temporary guard training (40 h) before the employment begins and later guard training (80 h).
