Job summary

Securitas Finland is seeking a multisite receptionist to support front desk operations across the Helsinki metropolitan area. You will rotate between sites after onboarding and cover various reception points for permanent staff.

Training is provided to get you started, with workdays on weekdays and some locations requiring evening or weekend shifts. Candidates should have strong Finnish and English skills, IT proficiency, and a flexible, customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, professional service and coordinate with security teams as needed.

Job description

Securitas Finland is seeking a multisite receptionist for a Helsinki metropolitan area deployment. The role involves supporting daily front desk operations across multiple sites, with training provided after onboarding. You will not be tied to a single desk; after familiarisation you will cover various reception points for permanent staff.

Work days are weekdays with some evening and weekend shifts in certain locations.

The pay follows the Finnish security TES, level 3, at 13.43 €/hour plus a role allowance. A loyalty bonus of 500 € is paid after 8 months of employment.

Police clearance is required and candidate must be at least 18 years old.

We provide training (40h or 80h) and a thorough onboarding to get you started, plus support from a team of experienced multisite reception staff.
