Job summary

Securitas Events Oy is seeking a site supervisor in Töölö, Helsinki. You will monitor property security, combine security with customer service, and guide customers and staff. The role collaborates with the client and Securitas Oy teams, and you respond swiftly to incidents.

The job is full-time on weekdays with 7:30-15:30 and 10:15-18:15 shifts. A 4th level guarding industry salary applies from 1 September, with a 500€ sign-on bonus after 8 months of employment.

Job description

We are looking for a customer service professional for the position of site supervisor in Töölö, Helsinki. In your work, you will monitor, for example, the security of the property using technology and maintain security also in customer service tasks, advising and guiding customers and staff. You will also work closely with the client's various stakeholders and the various functions of Securitas Oy. In addition to preventive security work, you will react quickly to possible exceptional or problem situations. The task is a full-time weekday job (shifts 7:30-15:30 and 10:15-18:15). Remuneration is the 4th level salary according to the collective agreement for the guarding industry (from September 1st 2320e/month). We also offer new employees a 500e bonus after an 8-month employment relationship.

Qualifications:

We hope that you have previously worked in security tasks. The task requires versatile expertise in customer service and security supervisor work. For the smooth running of operations, you need clear oral and written expression skills in both Finnish and English. In addition, the task requires a valid guard card.

You may be the person we are looking for if you are proactive in your working methods and can act professionally even under pressure. The task is suitable for you if you have the will and skill to develop our operating methods to be even better in cooperation with our customer. A credit check and personal security clearance will be made for the selected person.
