Job summary

Securitas Events Oy is seeking a site supervisor in Töölö, Helsinki. You will monitor property security, combine security with customer service, and guide customers and staff. The role collaborates with the client and Securitas Oy teams, and you respond swiftly to incidents.

The job is full-time on weekdays with 7:30-15:30 and 10:15-18:15 shifts. A 4th level guarding industry salary applies from 1 September, with a 500€ sign-on bonus after 8 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in security tasks.
• Proven ability in customer service and security supervision.
• Clear oral and written Finnish and English.
• Valid guard card (vartijakortti).

Responsibilities

• Monitor security of premises and assist customers.
• Advise and guide customers and staff.
• Work with client stakeholders and Securitas Oy functions.
• Respond quickly to security incidents.
