Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd is working exclusively with a leading Project Management Consultancy on one of the largest data centre developments in Europe, a 1GW greenfield project in Northern Finland. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join the site-based team and support the day-to-day running of the project office.

This is a major, long-term opportunity with the programme expected to run for 7+ years.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or Project Administrator in large-scale construction.
• Must have the right to work in the EU.
• Strong organisational and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site/project office.
• Support the project management and site team with administration.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation.
• Support document control processes and information distribution.
• Maintain registers, trackers and project records.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes and actions as required.
• Assist with project reporting and general administration.
• Ensure the office remains organised and efficient.
• Provide general support to project leadership on site.
