Job summary

TM Green Group is delivering a major data centre project in Vantaa, Finland. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate construction, design, commercial and stakeholder requirements across a large-scale, technically complex assignment.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards, while supporting commissioning and client handover.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale or technically complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of programme, commercial and project management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the project against programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and delays.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to manage costs, variations and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure effective planning and delivery.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Chair and attend project and progress meetings.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive health, safety and quality throughout delivery.
