Job summary

Eaton in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations for data center construction projects. You will represent the Project Manager on-site, coordinate Eaton teams and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will plan and lead site meetings, monitor progress and resources, support testing and handover, and document changes. The role demands experience with electrical works on construction sites, data center projects, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Experience in installation & commissioning on construction sites.
• Experience managing electrical works on construction sites (medium to large scale).
• Experience in Data Center projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors).
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.
• Act as on-site representative of the Project Manager.
• Lead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordination.
• Monitor progress, resources, and performance; provide updates and highlight risks.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify and document additional work or scope changes.
