The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering interior fit‑out works in controlled environments, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership — Deliver all projects in line with Safety First Guiding Principles.
• Training & Compliance — Ensure operatives and subcontractors receive correct instruction, training, and emergency procedure guidance.
• Subcontractor Oversight — Review subcontractor documentation for adequacy in planning, risk assessment, resources, and supervision.
• Quality Assurance — Ensure all works are installed according to the correct issue of drawings and inspected for compliance with specification.
• Environmental Management — Develop and implement environmental management plans across relevant sites.
• Client & Team Coordination — Maintain excellent working relationships with the client and project team throughout the contract.
• Professional Site Operations — Carry out all day‑to‑day activities professionally and in line with company systems and procedures.
