Job summary

Ward Personnel seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead interior fit-out works for data centre projects in Finland and the Netherlands. You will oversee safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while coordinating with clients and the project team.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and implementing environmental and safety plans across sites. A proven track record in site management is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in site management.
• Experience in data centre, industrial, or controlled‑environment construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, best practices, technologies, and materials.
• Experience in measurement and valuation.
• Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership — Deliver projects in line with Safety First principles.
• Training & Compliance — Ensure operatives and subcontractors receive instruction and guidance.
• Subcontractor Oversight — Review documentation for planning, risk, resources, and supervision.
• Quality Assurance — Ensure works match drawings and specifications.
• Environmental Management — Develop and implement site environmental plans.
• Client & Team Coordination — Maintain excellent relationships with client and project team.
• Professional Site Operations — Perform day‑to‑day activities per company procedures.
